With our own production in Hammel, we manufacture our Candy Dates, Date Bites and Choco Dates.
The factory is BRC certified and equipped with specially developed production lines tailored for date snacks. Here we combine quality, innovation and food safety – ensuring that every snack meets our high standards.
We take care of the entire process from palm to bag
Harvesting
We harvest all the dates ourselves from GlobalG.A.P.-certified plantations.
Sorting
After the harvest, the dates are carefully sorted by hand to ensure that only the best ones are selected.
Pitting
For our snacks, we pit the dates ourselves for full control and quality.
Packing
The dates are packed in the packing house, which is SMETA, SEDEX and FSSC 22000 certified, ensuring accountability and traceability.
Production
In Denmark, we produce finished date snacks at our factory, which is BRC AA certified for the highest food safety and quality.
