Our date snacks are produced at our own factory in Hammel, where production is specially developed and optimized exclusively for date snacks. This gives us full control, high food safety and consistent quality in every single product.

Harvesting

We harvest all the dates ourselves from GLOBAL G.A.P. certified plantations

Sorting

After harvesting, the dates are carefully sorted by hand, ensuring only the best dates are selected.

Pitting

For our snacks, we pit the dates ourselves for full control and quality.

Packing

The dates are packed in the packing house, which is SMETA, SEDEX and FSSC 22000 certified, ensuring accountability and traceability.

Production

In Denmark, we produce finished date snacks at our factory, which is BRC AA certified for the highest food safety and quality.
